Overview
The DT series large desulfurization circulating pump (DN ≥ 300mm) is an axial suction, single-stage, single suction, suspension centrifugal structure. This series of pumps comprehensively applies the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovates in hydraulic design, structural design, and materials used for castings. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, anti-wear and corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. The comprehensive performance of the pump is at the leading level in China.

Application scope
It can be widely used in desulfurization systems for industries such as thermal power, aluminum refining, and oil refining to transport limestone or gypsum slurry.
The maximum chloride ion content in the slurry can reach 60000ppm, the pH value of the slurry is allowed to be between 2.5-13, the slurry temperature is ≤ 65 ℃, and the maximum weight concentration Cw of the slurry can reach 60%.

Structural characteristics

The pump casing (volute) of the DT series large desulfurization circulating pump is a single-layer shell structure. The impeller and shaft are connected by threads, and the shaft seal is mechanically sealed. The suspension system adopts a thin oil lubrication type. The impeller, volute shell, rear guard plate, and inlet short pipe of the overcurrent components are all made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant high chromium alloy materials independently developed by our factory.
